Grace Myles Pty Ltd trading as LEX ELECTRIX is an Electrical Contractor located in Townsville, tropical North Queensland providing outstanding services to Commercial/Industrial/Domestic customers.

The company was established by Steve Alexion along with his wife Roz, and commenced operations in 1994.

Lex Electrix is locally owned and operated and is committed to providing a service of excellence to customers. 

Steve has had extensive experience in many states throughout Australia performing many varied electrical tasks in Mining, Refineries, Commercial and Industrial Entities (even the Harbour Bridge).

Electrical fault finding is one of Steve’s passions within the trade, as he finds it a great challenge.

The company also likes to specialize in working on Heritage Buildings/Homes by preserving the appearances via concealing wires and taking extreme care to perform the best possible aesthetic outcome for these precious buildings.

Lex Electrix have had 5 Apprentices since its inception (including our current Apprentice) and in that time have received two first places - Apprentice of Year Awards for North Queensland.

Local Schools also present many school students for work experience and Lex Electrix oblige any interested students to observe the daily practices and aspects of Electrical Contracting.  Please contact us via email.  

Steve and Roz have a keen interest in old electrical items and antiques, collecting from all parts of Australia.   A few unusual and curious pieces are displayed and in use today in our office like fans and lights.
